What We Collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name, phone number and ZIP code, and on our estimate form also your email address, street address and your answers to its questions. We also record whether you opted in to text messages, and the marketing parameters attached to your visit (such as utm_source and gclid) so we know which ad brought you here.
We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How We Use It
We use it to contact you about the service you asked for, to schedule that work, and to measure which advertising is working. That is the whole list.
Text Messages
Texting is optional and has its own box on our form. If you tick it, you consent to receive text messages from Bethany Air about your request and appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile information collected for text messaging is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate, such as our scheduling, call-handling and analytics tools, and only so they can perform that work for us.
When you request an estimate for a new system in our service area, we tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that a request was made, along with your email address, name and ZIP code in hashed form (scrambled so Meta can match it to an existing account without reading it). This only helps us measure our ads. Meta does not receive your phone number, your answers to the questions or your street address.
Phone Calls
Calls to and from Bethany Air through this site may be recorded, and you are told at the start of the call.
Cookies and Analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the page and which ads lead to calls and estimate requests. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through and use the page (clicks, scrolling and taps) so we can make it easier to use; it is set to hide the text on the page and everything you type, so your name, phone number and address are never captured. These tools set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Google account settings.
